Executive Chef Kevin Spencer

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Kevin Spencer discovered his passion for working with local and organic foods at a young age.

As he honed his natural culinary skill, Spencer began combining his love of art with that of food, yielding an artistic and wildly creative cooking style. It was this personal cooking style that Spencer brought with him to positions at numerous fine dining restaurants, a signature Walt Disney restaurant and then when he transitioned to the popular Roy’s restaurant.

In 2011, Kevin began working at Hilton Orlando where he became the head chef at David’s Club Bar & Grill. As head chef, he introduced modern twists to popular comfort foods and developed his kitchen philosophy, “Have fun. If you’re not having fun, then what’s the point?”

Today, Kevin embarks on his journey as Executive Chef of the Hilton Anatole’s SĒR Steak + Spirits where his innovative and creative mind is sure to flourish.
