Executive Sous Chef Mike Shetsky
Born in Chicago and raised in Milan, TN, Mike Shetsky discovered his passion for working with local and organic foods having grown up around a farming community.
As he honed his natural culinary skill, Shetsky began combining his love of art with that of food, yielding an artistic and wildly creative cooking style. It was this personal cooking flair that Shetsky brought with him to positions at the highly regarded Opryland Hotel and now SĒR Steak + Spirits.
As head chef, he introduced modern twists to popular comfort foods and developed his kitchen philosophy, “Eating is a necessity, but cooking is an art.”
Today, Shetsky embarks on his journey as Executive Sous Chef of Hilton Anatole’s SĒR Steak + Spirits where his innovative and creative mind flourishes.
