Executive Chef Anthony Van Camp is one of the country’s finest young chefs, a Dallas-raised food prodigy renowned for his culinary precision and innovative dishes. Mentored by Nana’s legendary Chef Anthony Bombaci while serving as his sous chef, “AVC” mastered the intricacies of operating an internationally acclaimed kitchen at a very young age. Van Camp is well accustomed to this type of precociousness, however — as a kindergartener, he sagely proclaimed that he would grow up to be a “chicken barbecuer.” Though he’s far outgrown his own modest prediction, Executive Chef Van Camp is pleased and honored to share his artful and adventurous style of cooking with the palates of Dallas.
