Executive Chef Anthony Van Camp has created two mouthwatering menus to delight adults and children alike. For the grownups, SĒR offers classic breakfast dishes like – French Toast with vanilla cream, Fried Organic Eggs with apple wood bacon, succulent Steaks, Grilled Pork Chops, Seared Salmon and Burgers featuring world-renown Masami Wagyu beef. Desserts include Valrhona truffle cake with orange emulsion, Pistachio Layer Cake with Morello cherries and white chocolate and Lemon Meringue Pie.
Children under 12 will enjoy a refined, kid-friendly menu with selections like – The Wagyu Burger with house-made french fries, French Toast with strawberries, Scrambled Organic Eggs with apple wood bacon, and an ice cream sundae topped with strawberries and chocolate sauce.
