  • Chef Aubrey Murphy

    Chef Aubrey Murphy

    Born and raised in the DFW area, Chef Aubrey found his love for cooking from his grandmother. Trained under Dean Fearing and Michelin starred chef John Tesar, he worked for several years in Maui.

    Outside of work Aubrey is a proud family man with a 2 and a half year old girl. When he’s not sharpening his knives in the kitchen you can find him in his mixed martial arts training.

  • Sous Chef Julio C. Ortiz

    Originally from Clovis, New Mexico, Chef Julio’s food is strongly influenced by Southern Texas flavors with a bit of Asian twist. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu Dallas and began his culinary career in 2014 learning from icons like Dean Fearing, Stephan Pyles, and John Tesar.

    Julio is always trying new restaurants to inspire new dishes. Outside of the kitchen, he loves spending time with his daughter.

  • Tania Lara Pacheco

    Born in Oaxaca, Mexico and raised in Dallas, Tania loves to challenge herself and develop in new areas. As Assistant General Manager, Tania has built a front of house team that is committed to creating memorable moments for every guest.

    When she’s not in the restaurant, Tania is a loving wife and mom, and flexes her creativity as a nail tech for fun.

  • Pastry Chef Dylan Marroquin

    Chef Dylan Marroquin

    Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Dylan moved to Miami to attend school at Johnson & Wales University and to work under local culinarians like Paula DaSilva & Michael Schwartz. His food is heavily influenced by childhood nostalgic flavors. “My mindset, if a kid will eat it, your guests will LOVE it.”

    In Dylan’s free time you can’t find him because he’s always traveling.

  • Philip Natale, CSW - Sommelier

    Born into a Finger Lakes, NY restaurant family, Phil has had a life-long passion for hospitality. In 2006, he was awarded the Certified Sommelier designation by the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist of Wine title by the Society of Wine Educators. He spent many years with Bob’s Steak and Chop House and Omni Hotels as a General Manager and Wine Director.

    Phil attended The University of Michigan and is an avid Wolverine fan. He loves to spend his spare time cooking for his wife and two kids.
