  • Ron Tayler, General Manager

    Ron Taylor

    General Manager Ron Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge in restaurant management and fine dining to the SER team. Having achieved great success at Dallas staples like Perry’s Steakhouse and The Capital Grille, Ron is passionate about creating exceptional service standards while adding a personal touch to every experience.

  • Chef Aubrey Murphy

    Chef Aubrey Murphy

    Born and raised in the DFW area, Chef Aubrey discovered his passion for cooking through his grandmother. Trained under culinary legends Dean Fearing and Michelin-starred Chef John Tesar, he honed his skills during several years in Maui.

    Outside of the kitchen, Chef Aubrey is a proud family man with a 4-year-old daughter. When he's not perfecting his craft, you can find him dedicating time to his mixed martial arts training.

  • Sous Chef Mike Jackson

    A Dallas native, Chef Mike has been working fine dining steakhouses for over 10 years. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, he has worked at several Dallas hot spots like Knife, Pappas Bros and Saint Ann.

    He is passionate about butchery and serving the best cuts of prime steak.

  • Pastry Chef Dylan Marroquin

    Chef Dylan Marroquin

    Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Dylan moved to Miami to attend school at Johnson & Wales University and to work under local culinarians like Paula DaSilva & Michael Schwartz. His food is heavily influenced by childhood nostalgic flavors. “My mindset, if a kid will eat it, your guests will LOVE it.”

    In Dylan’s free time you can’t find him because he’s always traveling.

  • Philip Natale, CSW - Sommelier

    Born into a Finger Lakes, NY restaurant family, Phil has had a life-long passion for hospitality. In 2006, he was awarded the Certified Sommelier designation by the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist of Wine title by the Society of Wine Educators. He spent many years with Bob’s Steak, Chop House, and Omni Hotels as a General Manager and Wine Director.

    Phil attended The University of Michigan and is an avid Wolverine fan. He loves to spend his spare time cooking for his wife and two kids.

  • Kameko Muramatsu

    Kameko moved from Kansas to Dallas three years ago, starting her journey as a part-time server at SER. Her dedication and passion for the industry quickly led to her promotion to Outlet Sales Manager with the Hilton Anatole. Kameko enjoys being in hospitality because of the new connections and long-lasting relationships it fosters.

    Outside of work, she can often be found at the gym or in a Pilates studio.
